The Finglas Centre has been awarded Best Community Group 2010 at the inaugural Fáilte Finglas Awards Ceremony. The awards were held earlier today (29th November) in the Finglas Youth Resource Centre.
The Fáilte Finglas awards celebrate local community groups, sports clubs, schools and businesses that promote diversity and support integration in Finglas through their every day work.
Presented by Minister Pat Carey, the awards ceremony brought together representatives from a number of community groups in Finglas and the surrounding area. Further information about the awards can be found online on the Finglas 4 Diversity website.
